A shot from the free workout this past Saturday. CFEC welcomes all of those who attended and appreciate you coming in. We will be holding another free class next Saturday, Sept. 13th @ 11am. Please bring more of your family, friends, co-workers, etc. The CFEC staff would love to meet them and give them a sip of the "kool aid" as well!
