We’d definitely be interested! Timing is hard to say, but maybe 4pm on days when CF doesn’t have a 4PM?
Yes on CF for kids. We could definitely do one day a week for our 10 year old daughter. Not sure if our younger guys would have the attention span, but great for our daughter. Would help round out what she is doing in swim 2x week I like Saturday mornings but there’s generally going to be schedule difficulties for most of us with multiple kids… Music, soccer, swim, baseball, whatever, during the week and late Saturday mornings/afternoons. Adrienne and I would definitely make it work, an would be extra excited it there was open gym during the kiddie WOD.

Would be interested for my 10 yr old too. Possibly the younger ones, depending on what the age range would be. We’re flexible with time, but maybe during the current 4:00 classes…?
I would love to have my kiddos involved. CrossFit / gymnastics hybrid, ideally. Because they’re so young, mid-mornings are best. Wednesdays and/or Fridays. 🙂
