FYI: We will now be posting the wod one day behind, this way the pictures and content will match.  This will also make sure that none of our athletes are purposely missing wods that they don't like.  Not that any of our athletes would EVER do that.

We are still accepting donations for Shawn Webb and his family, if you have not had a chance to contribute you can still bring those donations in.
