Cfec1_049_9  Here at CrossFit East County we begin every workout with our dynmaic stretches.    We have a series of 7 stretches we all do before we start our workout.  We use it as an opportunityto take physical inventory….find out how we are feeling…tired, good, sore. etc.  It is also used to prep the body, primarily the central nervous system for the work we are about to do. It’s kind of like booting up your computer!  Here’s our   10am group class doing one of our stretches called "elbow to instep."  This is great for loosening up the all so important "hips."
