Coaching Tips: 1 round of "Cindy" is 5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 15
squats. Modifications for double unders will be a 4:1 ratio of singles
to double unders. How efficient you are at double unders will determine
your finishing time. Yet, this workout should not take more than 30
minutes to complete. Thanks go out to CrossFit Gotham for the workout.

Note: We at CFEC try to set ourselves apart from other fitness
facilities in many ways. Most noteworthy, it's the family feel that's
always present and continuously growing. Another way we try to set
ourselves apart is by the amenities we offer. Although not many, we do
provide certain things that others don't. One of which is the towel
service. We provide the towels that you use in the gym to wipe your
sweaty brow off while fighting for reps at the gym. We use a linen
service to deliver clean towels weekly. You may not know this, but they
will only deliver what they picked up dirty the previous week. If by
chance we run out of towels before the week is over, a special delivery
has to be made at an additional cost. So, please help us try to
minimize these costs by returning the towels to the soiled towel bin
when you are about to walk out the door. Also, try to use one towel
during your stay at the gym. Thank you for your cooperation.

REMINDER: 
Our beach outing is this Saturday, August 22.  All of our classes will
be held at Santa Clara Point Community Park located at 1001 Santa Clara
Place in Mission Beach.  We will have four classes beginning at 7am,
8am, 9am and 10am.  Please join us, bring your family and friends,
chairs, blankets, towels, bathing suits, something to barbecue and a
dish or treat to share and plan on staying for the day.  We are looking for a couple of volunteers to bring portable grills, please post to comments if you have one available.  We will
provide the WOD and the drinks…  We hope to see all of our members
this Saturday, this is a great opportunity to meet those that share
your pain and passion at the classes that you do not attend.
