REMINDER: There will not be a 6:00 a.m., 8:30 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. class this Saturday May, 8th. All other scheduled classes will be held at their regularly scheduled times. CFEC staff and athletes will be participating in the Southwestern Regional Qualifiers for the 2010 CrossFit Games at UC Irvine this weekend. The classes will return to their regularly scheduled time next week.

Post D/U, Box Jumps and sit up reps.

Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movements to match your current fitness level.  The workout goes like this: one person rows, the other person goes for max reps of double unders. The two persons switch, and the other goes for max double unders while one rows. Repeat this once more each. The same pattern is repeated for the run/ box jump workout. The sit ups are with both people facing each other with their feet interlocked and knees bent. Both team mates do a sit up with one holding the med ball. When they both are in the up position, the team mate with the med ball passes the ball to the other and that make one rep. The ball must touch the floor over the person's head while in the down position of the sit up.
