Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movement to match your current fitness level. First round do 20 reps of double unders, sit ups and then squat jumps. Next round do 30 of each and so on. The squat jump must be 6" off the ground to count as a rep. Keep the bar in contact with your body during the complete move.

Reminder: The last class today is the 12:00 pm class.  There will not be a 5:00 pm or 6:00 pm class tonight. We will have an 8:00 am class on New Year's Day. Get your New Year started off right by participating in this fun filled workout.
