In teams of 3 complete the following:

200 Wall Ball 16#/10# – 1 person holds the bar (95#/65#) for the ball to be thrown over.

150 Deadlifts 155#/115#

100 Lateral Burpee Bar Hops

2 team members will be working at a time to complete the reps while the remaining team member is holding the 95#/65# bar overhead.  No reps will be counted if the bar is not overhead.  Rotate as needed.
