* Each person Rows for 3 rounds and Holds for 3 rounds.
P1 50 Double Unders
P2 5 Tire Flips 250#/200#
* Each person does 5 rounds of each movement.
P1 120′ Sled Push 90#
P2 10 Burpees
* Each person does 4 rounds of each movement.
800m Med Ball Run 20#/14#
* Team runs together, while one person carries Med Ball.
