Coaching Tips:  Your squat jumps must be a minimum of 6" off the ground.  There is NO load for the squat jumps, but you must reach the legitimate depth in you squat prior to the jump portion.  You must pass the roll up doors at the back of the gym when going for the second trip of the mile loop.
