P2: Hangs from Pull Up Bar
* Partition DL’s as desired.  DL’s can only be performed while partner is hanging.

100 Push Press  95#/65#
P1: Does Push Press
P2: Holds Plank in Push Up position.
* Partition as desired.  PP can only be performed while partner is in PU position.
