400m Run
30 Box Jumps  20″
30 Wall Ball  20#/14#
* Both partners run together.  Partition the rest of the work as desired.  One person works at a time.
“Mexican Standoff”
100 Burpees
* One person does Burpees. the other holds a Barbell overhead.  115#/75#

Level 2

“Partner Workout”
In teams of two, complete the following:
600m Farmer’s Walk  2 @ 35#/2 @ 26# *Hold bands, not KB handles.
* Both partners walk together, but one partner holds the KB’s.
240 ft. Handstand Walks
* One person works at a time.
4 Rounds
15 Med Ball Cleans  30#/20#
5 Burpees
* One partner completes a full round before switching.
Partition work as desired.
