Post total times.

Coaching Tips: Scale load and movement to match your current fitness level.  In teams of 3, with only 2 people working at once, each team will complete 150 KB Swings.  Then all 3 teammates will grab the two barbells and carry them on the 400m carry.  Once back in the gym, the team will complete 150 Pull-Ups with only 2 people working at once.  When the 150 Pull-Ups are finished, all 3 teammates will again grab the bars and take them on a 400m carry.  Each team will repeat this process until all exercises are completed.  The Depth Push-Ups will be performed with one hand on each plate and chest touching the ground between the two plates.  The Weighted Sit-Ups will be performed with the required dumbbell held under the chin, with your hands on the outside rubber portion.
