In teams of two, complete the following in a time framework of :20 of work and :10 rest.
I go, you go style.
100 KB Swings  53#/35#
100 Skater Plyos
100 Burpeess
200 Double Unders
100 GHD Sit Ups

* Work can only be done in Tabata Style.  It goes like this: P1 Does Max KB Swings in 20 seconds. Then, P2 Does ax KB Swings in 20 seconds.  Alternating back and forth until 200 reps is met.
