In teams of three, perform the following:
“CrossFit Baseball”
As Many Runs as Possible in 25 minutes
1st Base: 25 Med Ball Cleans  20#/14#
2nd Base: 20 Power Snatches  75#/55#
3rd Base: 15 Burpees
Home Plate: 20/18 Calorie Row
Each player starts at any base they wish, except Home Plate.  Once a player finishes the Cal Row, that represents a run scored for your team.  You cannot pass one of your own players and score a run before your teammate does.  If you choose to pass them on the base path, your run will not be scored.
