Team Workout
In teams of two persons, complete the following:

3 Rounds Each
P1 – 10 Burpee/Pull Ups
15 Wall Ball  20#/14#
P2 – Max Double Unders
Then switch, until each has done 3 rounds.
Score is Double Under count and time.

P1 – 400m Run
P2 – 15 Ground to Overhead  95#/63#
Max reps of Box Jumps  24″/20″
Switch until each has done 3 rounds each.
Post total Box Jump reps.

800m Farmer Walk  2 @ 53#/2 @ 35#
KB’s can never touch the ground.  One person walks with the KB’s at a time. 50 Burpee penalty if KB’s touch the ground in any way.
