* Partition as needed.  Only work while partner holds handstand.

P1 Does DL
P2 Hangs from Pull Up Bar
* Partition as needed.  Only work while partner hangs from bar.
+
15 Rounds  *Combined
P1 Runs 200m
P2 Does 15 Wall Ball  20#/14#  and 5 Burpees
* P2 does max rounds of WB and Burpees while P1 completes the run.  The workout is done once 15 rounds have been completed.
