Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movements to match your current fitness level.  The Mexican Stand Off is simple, get as many burpees in as possible before fatigue sets in on the shoulders, that may prevent you and your team mate from doing more than 5 burpees at a time. The person holding the bar overhead sets the workload. He/she determines when it's time to switch. This is a somewhat de-loading week. We will try to get an active recovery cycle in, so the following week we will be back at it in full power.
