Notice:  Due to the CrossFit Games Regional Competition this weekend, CFEC’s class schedule will be changed to reflect our gym’s participation and support.  We will only have the 5:15 a.m, 7:00 a.m., 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. classes on Friday.  We will be closed Saturday and Sunday.  Although there may be personal training sessions being carried out in the gym, the group classes are postponed for part of Friday, and all of Saturday and Sunday.  We will resume regular class schedule on Monday, May 19th.
