In 2 person teams complete the following:

250m Row

Max Pull-Ups

3 times, 1 minute rest between rounds.

200m Sprint

Max DB Clean & Jerk 35#/25#

3 times, 1 minute rest between rounds.

1 Minute All-Out Airdyne

Max Burpees

3 times, 1 minute rest between rounds.

Post total time, total Pull-Ups, total Clean & Jerk, and total Burpees per team.

Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movement to match your current fitness level.  This is a two person team workout.  Once the clock starts, one team member will begin the 250m row while the other team member does max pull-ups.  When the row is complete the two will switch.  When the 2nd person's row is complete, the team will check the clock and rest 1 minute.  After the 1 minute rest, the team will continue with round 2.  When all 3 rounds are complete, the team will rest 1 minute and then move on to the next couplet until all 3 couplets have been completed 3 times by each team member.  Each team will have an overall time and 3 number totals, one for Pull-Ups, one for DB Clean & Jerk, and one for Burpees.
