Coaching Tips: Scale load and movement to match your current fitness level.  The first workout is 10 minutes of deadlifts and burpees.  At the top of each minute, you will do 5 deadlifts and 5 burpees, you then get to rest the remainder of the minute.  Repeat for a total of 10 times for a total of 50 reps of each.  The second workout is simply rowing and double unders as fast as possible.  The double unders do not have to be unbroken, but the more you can string together, the faster your time will be.  For the 5 minutes of KB Snatches, you can alternate between your two hands however you wish.  In order to have an "Rx" after your time, you must not set the KB down for the entire 5 minutes.
