Reminder:  The July Beginners Class begins today at 5 pm.  Make sure to arrive on time.  Also, we will be holding a 9 o’clock class on Thursday, July 4th.  That will be the only class scheduled, so make note of the change.

Finally, the Vanquish Performance Enhancement Olympic Weightlifting clinic will be held Saturday and Sunday.  Because of this valuable clinic, we are temporarily changing the class schedule for those two days.  Saturday will have the 8 o’clock class only.  Sunday’s Open Gym will be for 1 hour only.  Please, make note of these changes
