Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movements to match your current fitness level.  Workout #1 call for 5 sets of unbroken D/U's. Make sure you can get each set unbroken before you start your sets, so as not to waste your energy.  Workout #2 calls for one time through the exercises. Keep the rest periods to a minimum while blazing through this workout. We'll go in intervals if the classes are full.  Workout #3 has a total of 10 intervals on the AirDyne. This workout is as much a mental toughness workout as it is a physical test. You can always see where you are in your fitness by doing this 5 minute workout.  The ability to process through the build up of lactic acid while continuing to put out a high level of effort speaks loudly of the state of your fitness.

REMINDER: We will be hosting a beach workout this Saturday, August 28th. ALL CLASSES WILL BE HELD at Law Street in Pacific Beach.  All are welcome. Classes will be at 8:00, 9:00 and 10:00. Make plans on attending a class and stay all day enjoying the remaining days of summer. Please bring your own towel, chairs and bathing suits.
