Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movements to match your current fitness level.  Level 1 rep and load scheme is geared towards more efficiency in the deadlift without maxing out in load.  L II is going for a 1RM for the day.  Pay attention to the details while performing the deadlifts.  Letting your mind wander off the task at hand can prove hazardous to your health.  We'll finish off the workout with a short lung burner.
