Coaching Tips:  The power clean to hang squat clean is to performed as one rep. Start with the bar on the ground, clean it to the shoulders in the power position, stand, lower the bar to the hang position and then clean into a full squat.  The LII workout starts and ends with 3 sets of 50 unbroken double unders.
