Coaching Tips:  You and your partner will chip away at each exercise until the total number of reps have been completed before moving on to the next exercise.  You can start anywhere you choose and do not have to go in order, just complete one before moving on to the next.  You must touch your chest to the ground on the push-up portion of the renegade row and then pull each dumbell up to touch your chest and shoulder.   The split squat jumps will be completed with the 2 = 1 mathamatic scheme that we at CFEC love so much, meaning: right leg jump and left leg jump will equal one rep.
