Sooooo cool. I think I’ve watched that video approximately 15 times now…
Phil, I have witnessed a few dozen people get their first muscle up, but Amy’s was by far the most natural and effortless. We spent about a whole 2 minutes on technique before she decided it was enough and busted out her first one on the very first attempt. Classic.
