We are closed today. All staff are at the 2013 CrossFit Games Regional competition supporting Trainer/Athlete Teshina DeBoer.
All classes will return to normal schedule tomorrow, Monday, May 20th.
Update: After two days of competition, Teshina is in 16th place. She’s looking to move up a few more places tomorrow. Her first heat goes off at 10:10 a.m.
Just checked and Teshina is doing great! it looks like one more event! told ya T they got nuthin on you!
