Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movement to match your current fitness level.  "Tabata" is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.  During this 10 seconds of rest you will move to the 2nd exercise of the couplet.  For instance, from 0-20 seconds you will perform max KB Swings, rest for 10 seconds and then perform 20 seconds of max push-ups, rest for 10 seconds, and back to 20 seconds of KB Swings, etc…  You will stay at those 2 exercises for 8 rounds, or a total of 8 minutes.  Then move on to the next couplet for 8 minutes, and then to the final couplet for 8 minutes.  There will be a 1 minute rest between each couplet.  Keep track of all your reps for each round and post total to comments.
