Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movements to match your current fitness level.  For the first workout, the first set of power cleans is 10 reps, followed y 1 chest to bar pull up. The second set is 9 power cleans and 2 chest to bar pull ups. And so on until you do 1 power clean and 10 chest to bar pull ups. The second workout is basic step ups, but you're holding two KB's in the front rack position. You can use any foot pattern you are comfortable with as long as you start with both feet on the ground, both feet then land on top of the box and you return both feet back on to the ground.  That's one rep. The last workout is see how fast you can do 25/15 HSPU's. Head must touch the ground and arms must reach full extension at completion. Kipping is allowed.

Separated at birth. Kelly Starrett and CFEC's own Scott Mackley. They both had a big laugh at the comparison.
