Reminder:  We are hosting CrossFit HQ’s L1 certification all weekend.  We will be having a kickball tournament instead of our regular Saturday classes.  The games will be held at Hillside Recreation Center, on the south side of Fletcher Parkway, coming down the hill towards the gym.  We’ll start at 8:30 a.m.
