Split Jerk – 7 minutes to find 1 RM.

Then.

20 BW Back Squat  (W .75% of BW)

10 Burpee w/Jump over box    24"/20"

3 times.

Post loads and time.

Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movements to match your current fitness level.  Warm up properly prior to any max load attempts.  You will be given plenty of time to warm up before being on the clock to achieve your 3 rep max and 1 rep max.  The burpee/ box jump is a burpee and instead of clapping overhead, you can either land atop the box or jump over the box. Both versions are Rx.  Jumping over will, obviously, be faster. There will be no rack used for the BW back squats.
