Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movements to match your current fitness level.  We have become quite competent as a gym at doing double unders, so let's put all that practice to good use in this workout. We'll use the 25 rule for this workout. Please make an attempt to get as many double unders in as possible before you revert back to singles. This is probably going to take around 30 minutes to complete.

Congratulations are in store for proud parents, Christine and Greg McClendon. Pictured here with their 4 day old bundle of joy, Patrick. Christine was in labor a whole 6 hours. She was up and about 4 hours later.  She swears it was CrossFit that got her through labor with ease. I think it was all the AirDyne workouts she did as she was preparing for delivery that made all the difference. What a happy family!
