Coaching Tips:   We have been building up to doing 300 sit ups at a time, so the volume of sit ups today should not leave that much of a devastating after effect.  This should offer up as a recovery workout for the majority of us.  The results of the past few sessions have made everyone's upper body a little haggard, to say the least, so, this will come as a welcomed relief.  The single jump rope option will be a 3 for 1 ratio.
