PROGRAMS
L2 CROSSFIT
This membership is geared toward those who are looking to take their fitness program to the next level. More complex gymnastic, olympic weight lifting and CrossFit movements are commonly programmed at this membership. This membership offers the option of doing any of the three daily workouts we post.
MASTERS CONDITIONING
The masters conditioning class meets three times a week Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9am. This program is geared toward members 55 years and older, these classes are programmed to help our master’s members advance their functionality and fitness to maintain their independence as they age. Skill, functional movements, strength, coordination are cornerstones of this class. Again, the group class setting is perfect for adding fun to the workouts.
