In teams of two, complete the following:

P1 20 Russian KB Swings  53#/35# / 5 Burpees
P2 Max Calories on Assault Bike
* Each partner does 3 rounds.  Switch after KBS and Burpees are completed.

P1 15 Hang Power Snatch / 10 Overhead Squats  75#/55#
P2 Wall Sit
* Each partner does 3 rounds.  Switch after HPS and OHS are completed.

5 Rounds
P1 1 Gasser
P2 Overhead Plate Hold while Running in place  45#/35#
* Each partner does 5 rounds.  Gasser can only be performed while partner has plate overhead.
