* One person must perform a Wall Sit while others complete the above.

* One person must perform a Forearm Plank while the others complete the above.

125 Squat Cleans
175 Push Press
* One person must hold a Plate Overhead (45#/35#) while others complete the above.

150 Pull Ups
* One person must hang from Pull Up bar while one other completes the above.  One person rests.
