Partner Workout
In teams of two, complete the following:

AMRAP in 10 minute
P1 200m Run
P2 AMRAP of  15 Wall Ball  20#/14# + 10 Pull Ups
* P2 gets as many rounds as possible while P1 runs.  P1 picks up where P2 stopped.
– Rest 3 minutes –
AMRAP in 10 minutes
P1  15/12 Calories on Assault Bike + 5 Burpees
P2 Holds Forearm Plank
* Switch as soon as round is completed.
– Rest 3 minutes –
AMRAP in 10 minutes
P1 350m Row
P2 10 Clean and Jerks + 10 GHD Sit Ups
* P2 gets as many rounds as possible while P1 rows. P1 picks up where p2 stopped.
Post rounds plus reps for each.
