Team Competition Tuesday:
“Don’t Drop It Like It’s Hot!”

Each team of 2 will be assigned a 45# plate-M/25# plate-W. The plate must be carried at all times. During the running portion, it can be carried by one or both teammates in any manner. During the exercises, it must be carried by the non-working teammate overhead. If the plate hits the ground, both teammates must do 50 burpees prior to continuing. Each team must complete the prescribed reps for each exercise, split workload;

100 Pull-ups

100 Push-ups

1000M Row
