Coaching Tips:  Work your "speed through the middle" with the Hang Cleans, so when you take the bar from the floor you will have ingrained the proper pattern of movements for the second pull while doing the full Cleans. Also, work on fast elbows doing the Hang Cleans. Make sure your elbows are up in front when your feet stomp the floor. Start at a weight that is challenging for the triples and increase from there for the full Cleans.
