In teams of two, complete the following:

10 GHD Sit Ups
10 Clean and Jerks   115#/75#
* P1 Starts round and once P1 has completed the first exercise, P2 can start that completed exercise.
Each person does 4 rounds.

* Same format as above.

800m Run
* Each person runs 800m’s, 200m at a time.  Relay style.
