“Musical Chairs Workout”
Perform the workout as written, but you can only move while the music is playing.  Once the music stops, you have to freeze yourself in the position you’re in at that moment.  You must stay in that position until the music starts back up.  If you move during the non music playing section, you’ll be given a 15 burpee penalty, to be performed at the end of the workout.  There is no time element to the workout.
