* Must carry at the waist.  Both people walk together, with one person carrying the Sandbag.

15 Sled Pushes  135#/90#
* One person pushes sled at a time.

75 Synchronized CTB Pull Ups

150 Partner Wall Ball  20#/14#
* Alternate Wall Ball shots between the two partners.

400m D-Ball Carry   150#/100#
* Carry at the waist. Bothe people walk, while one person carries the D-Ball.

75 Burpees Over Partner
+
75 Synchronized GHD Sit Ups
