5 Burpees
* One person works at a time.  I go, you style
* After every round perform 200m Farmer’s Walk 2@ 53#/35# and 200m Overhead Plate Carry  45#/35#
One person hold the KB’s and the other the plate. Switch as desired.  Walk together.

* Work together but equal amounts of sit ups and double unders>
