*** Workout Flow: Partners will Start on rower. One Rows, one Holds. (Switch as desired). Once 80 Cals are done, Partners will perform 80 Wall balls (while partner holds Handstand). Then 60 Cals, 60 Wall balls and so on. Same concept goes for bike and GHD section.
Rope Climbs are done as I go, You go style. Partner 1 does a climb, then partner 2 does a climb. Both partners must do 50 double Unders after each set of climbs before moving on.  All Reps are total, split between partners. Reps will not count in less partner is in specified hold position.
