3 minute rest between sets of exercises.

Post rounds taken to complete work.

Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movements to match your current fitness level.  This is double Tabata format, you get 40 seconds to get as much work done as possible, followed by 20 seconds rest period. For the row, you can hang on to the handles while resting, but you cannot pull. For the thruster/double under couplet and the box jump/ring dip couplet, you can partition any amount of the reps between the two exercises. For example, you can do thrusters for the first two 40 second work periods and then switch to the double unders for the next 40 seconds. Just be sure to keep accurate count. You can also finish one exercise within a 40 second period and finish the exercise before time is elapsed.
