Notice: As some of you may, or may not, know, we have installed some new health beneficial services to our service menu. We now have a sauna and cold plunge barrels to add to your health and fitness journey. There are numerous scientific studies that have shown the enormous health benefits to the use of saunas and cold water exposure. These include reduction of death rates from cardiovascular disease, increased sleep benefit, increased recovery, increased metabolism and reduction of the onset of dementia.
We are offering our members the use of these recovery tools for the next few weeks to try them out and see if you would be interested in including these services to your membership. If you’re interested, please, bring a large towel, flip flops, bathing suit and spend a few minutes in either the sauna, cold plunge or both. Afterwards, give us some feedback on your experience.
