Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movements to match your current fitness level.  "Angie" is 100 pull ups, push ups, sit ups and squats for time.  You must finish the required number of reps of each movement before moving on to the next.  This workout is a great introduction to the much tougher workout, "Murph."  With 9/11 soon approaching, this seemed like a good way to get ready.

REMINDER:  The gym will be closing after the 12:00 p.m. class today. All other classes will be at their regularly scheduled times. 

The CFEC gang at the Padre game on Saturday.  We were treated to great seats by Richard Andersen, who used to run Petco Park for the Padres.  A few of the group were out buying popcorn, peanuts and Cracker Jacks at the concession stand while the picture was being taken.  Sorry you missed out. Thank you Richard, we had a great time.
