Front Rack Lunge Steps
Squats
Hang Power Snatches
Split Squat Jumps
Rest one minute between rounds.

Level 2

E2M for 16 minutes
1st 2 minutes:  50 Double Unders / 50 Squats
2nd 2 minutes: 20/15 Calories on Assault Bike
Rest 5 minutes
E2M for 10 minutes
1 Power Clean
1 Hang Squat Clean
1 Squat Clean
1 Jerk
