"Team Workout"

In teams of 4, perform the following tasks as quickly as possible:

1. 50 Rings to Bar Pull Ups

2. Slosh Pipe 800m Overhead Carry

3. 200m Sandbag River Crossing

4. 50 Handstand Step Ups

Coaching Tips:  1. You must hang from rings and maneuver yourself to the pull up bar and do a pull up, then return to the rings without letting your feet hit the ground.  Other team members must remain in the Plank Hold position while team mate does the reps. 2. As a team (men carry the pipe alone, 2 women can share the pipe) carry the slosh pipe overhead for 800 meters.  3. Carrying a sandbag, one team member must navigate the length of the gym floor, from plate to plate without touching the floor, for a distance totalling 200m as a team. The other team members must hold a truck tire off the ground while team member is carrying the sandbag. 4. Team member must perform handstand step ups while other team members do wall sits.
